CAXPRT provides professional cybersecurity, IT, consulting, and technology services that are generally customized according to each client’s requirements and project scope. Because services may involve dedicated resources, planning, assessments, development, or implementation, payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any applicable refund will be reviewed based on the agreed terms and project requirements. In exceptional circumstances, CAXPRT may review refund requests individually. Clients are encouraged to discuss project requirements, scope, timelines, and fees with our team before making a payment to ensure expectations are clearly understood.
